2021 Bordeaux Blend, Rancho Feliz Vineyard
This is the first Fox Wine Co. release of a Bordeaux Blend from the Rancho Feliz Vineyard. Bordeaux is probably the most established wine growing region in the world and home to five traditional varietals. This wine is made with 34% Petit Verdot, 30% Cabernet Sauvignon, 19% Cabernet Franc, 9% Malbec, 8% Merlot and was aged in traditional 225L Bordeaux barrels for 26 months prior to being bottled in February of 2024. It has a beautiful dark color and gorgeous dark fruit with woodsy undertones. Enjoy with game meats, duck confit or your favorite burger. Our Bordeaux Blend is drinkable now, but can also easily be held for 10 years.
